DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer any repairs. However, we advise you to contact your local goldsmith in order to find out about repair options.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A JEWELLERY IS AN AUTHENTIC AURORA JEWELLERY?

Most of the exclusive Aurora items are marked with “S925 MS” which represents the international mark for sterling silver and initials of founders and some are also marked with “Aurora”, to indicate they are authentic Aurora charms. However, some Aurora charms can only have S925. If you want to ensure you have authentic Aurora charms, the best way for now is to buy them from online shop at www.auroracharm.com only.

WHAT ARE AURORA’S BEADS MADE OF?

Aurora jewelry is made of the finest materials, including .925 sterling silver, best quality enamel, cubic zirconia crystals and Italian glass.

We apologize that the product you want to purchase is currently not available. Our Online Shop is replenished on a weekly basis, so please come back soon to see if your product is back in stock. Also, you can submit your email address at the item detail page so you will be notified by email once the specific item is back in stock.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Payments can be processed via Paypal and all major credit / debit cards are accepted by Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to use this quick, easy and secured payment system. Just simply proceed to checkout via Paypal and click on option: “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

If you are making purchase via your smartphone, and you don’t see the above option for Card payment, please click on “Request desktop site” in your phone / browser menu or proceed via Paypal with creating a Paypal account (you do not need to ever use it or deposit money in it). Alternatively please access the site from the computer and use the card payment option as per above.

Also, easy and safe Debit / Credit Card payment via Stripe is available. Choose the option that is easier for you.

HOW IS AURORA PROTECTING MY PERSONAL DATA?

All communication is encrypted, preventing any third parties from viewing your personal information. This is symbolized by the lock symbol in the corner of your browser window. Please see our privacy policy for further details.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT?

The order process at www.auroracharm.com is safe and secure. Once you enter your personal and credit card information, your online purchase will be processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to keep it protected while in transit.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

No. We regret to inform you that our service team cannot process your order over the phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website.

HOW CAN I BUY AURORA ITEM IF YOU DO NOT OFFER MY CURRENCY OPTION?

If you do not see your currency in the drop down, you can still purchase item with Aurora. Just simply choose another currency and process the payment via paypal or debit/credit card. Your bank will do the currency conversion automatically. Please note that individual (usually small) fee may be applied by your bank for this conversion transaction.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE CURRENCY I SEE THE PRICES IN?

You can change the currency at the top right section of the page.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We ship all orders from a central Distribution Center in Ireland, and the costs of shipping are same for any country. You will see the exact shipping amounts for various options in your currency once you place the item(s) in your shopping cart. If you do not see the prices in your currency, please change the currency setup on the page manually.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping depending on the total amount of your order. Please see the top section of your shopping Cart for info how much more you need to add / spend to get free shipping, or revert to our Benefits section. If free (Registered) shipping is applied to your order, you will see shipping costs in your shopping cart as FREE.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that you can ask for cancellation of order within 12 hours from order receipt / payment, resp. until the item has not been shipped. If cancelling your order, please respond to the order confirmation mail (showing the order details) and clearly state that you wish to cancel the order (we recommend to put “CANCELLATION” into subject of the mail). Please note we will process the full refund within 48 hours. If the item has already been posted, we can not process cancellation, but advise you to reject the parcel or simply return the items within the given time span (please refer to our return policy).

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We regret to inform you that, due to technical restrictions, you are not able to change your order once it has been confirmed. If you would like to purchase a different item, we advise you to return the item you don’t like within the given time span and simply place a new order on our website.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

As we ship all orders from a central distribution center in Ireland, the duration of shipping may differ slightly depending on which country you place your order for. We ship the items within 1-3 business days – occasional delays could apply. Items sent via registered or express shipping have a tracking number, which was provided to you in the confirmation email once the item was sent. Also a tracking link was provided in the mail. Please check your emails (incl. your spam folder). Most Express orders will arrive within 2-6 business days from posting date, and most of Registered orders will arrive within 5-12 business days from the date of posting. However, occasional delays due to holidays and other causes outside of our control can occur.

Please note that if item is delayed, it is likely that the delivery batch is checked by local customs. This is unfortunately outside of our control or control of post service and this can prolong the standard delivery time. For further questions, please contact us.

Please note that orders with Standard shipping can take 10 – 20 business days to arrive and NO tracking number is provided for these and is used at your own risk. If package gets lost or damaged, unfortunately we can not take responsibility or provide the refund.

CAN YOU SEND THE GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Yes. You are able to enter a different shipping address.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY AURORA JEWELLERY IS LOST OR STOLEN?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of stopper charm at the opening end of your bracelet to prevent charms from falling off the bracelet when opened. General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

WILL THE CHARMS OF PANDORA / CHAMILIA / OHM / OR OTHER BRANDS WITH SIMILAR CORE FIT ON AURORA BRACELET?

Yes, they are mutually compatible if same size universal core as per above, however, please note that wearing charms by other brands on your AURORA bracelet will void the warranty.

I HAVE A PANDORA / CHAMILIA / OHM / OTHER SIMILAR TYPE BRACELET, WILL AURORA CHARMS FIT ON IT?

Yes, all our charms have a universal hole size, which makes them fully compatible with most of other brands’ similar size bracelets.
