Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Aurora e-store, please send it back to us in the same resalable condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs. All items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.

Aurora will accept returns on defective products if these are made within 12 months from the date of receipt.

Please contact us before returning the item at info@auroracharm.com including the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for the return

It is currently not possible to exchange/replace an item(s) for a different article. To do so, a new order must be placed online and you will be refunded for the returned item once it arrives at us.

Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item and it is in her / his interest to use the tracked / safe shipping option, as we will not process the refund if items get lost or damaged on the way to us.
